Preventative Maintenance Agreement

A Maintenance Agreement is the most common method of providing low cost maintenance and repairs to a system. This twice yearly evaluation provides an opportunity to examine your system, maintain its components, inspect for wear and tear, and ensure against uninterrupted service caused by breakdown and failure.

Maintenance Agreement

Equipment covered under this agreement is for the number of systems on file with our firm whether it is one or more central systems. This Agreement includes two (2) regular maintenance checks per year with the work plan as follows:

  • Proper lubrication
  • Required painting to prevent excessive rusting of internal components
  • General cleaning of equipment (Drains, etc.)
  • Cleaning of washable type filters
  • Belts and drive mechanisms checked and adjusted
  • Proper adjustments on switches, controls, thermostats, defrost, termination, clocks, etc.
  • Line voltages and amperage loads measured each service check to insure best operation of equipment
  • Check refrigerant pressures if service access ports are operable
  • Recommendations for utmost efficiency from system
