Thanks to the extra efforts of Jimmy and the tech Ben my AC was back up and running. They went the extra mile even though they had not installed my unit which was only 1 1/2 years old. I called them on a Sunday left a message and had a return call within 5 minutes and a tech at my door in 20 minutes. They needed a part so had to wait till Monday to get it. They even sent someone to pick it up so they would be able to do the job that day instead of waiting for the delivery. There is no other company I will ever go to for AC needs. They are honest don't try to sell you extra stuff and they are as reliable as they come. Kudos to them! FYI the company who installed it, Air Experts, have yet to return my call. I am so happy that good customer service is still available. Thank you Smittys!

Just so everyone knows, this is the first review I’ve ever written - that should tell you just how highly I think of this company. Everyone knows in the service industry, it’s very hard to find honest techs. And when you do find one, you should hang on to them for dear life. You should also show them your appreciation by spreading the word; hence why I’m typing this review. Let me explain: our air conditioner went out in the evening, so I called them the following morning to make an appointment (they may have evening service calls, but I’m not sure). Anyways, to make a long story short, they promptly came out that morning (thank God, it was 87 degrees in the house) and immediately repaired the air conditioner…and charged me a very reasonable price (much less than I was expecting). I have to say, it’s so refreshing to have honest people providing a service for such reasonable prices. Thank you so much Smitty’s (and Mark, the service tech), you have a customer for life 🙂 And I will spread the word.

I tell you if there were 10 stars available on a review, I would give this company all 10! From the nice lady who set the appointment to the man who did the maintenance of my unit. The tech, Mark was very polite, personable, and quite knowledgeable. My unit is 13 years old with some rusting coils. He didn't try to sell me a new unit. He explained everything he did, and why. He taught me the proper care for an A/C. He answered every question I had and did his work promptly and very efficiently. Also, the 1 year plan, for 2 visits a year is a great price. I will tell you this, when my unit does go I won't let anyone else replace it other than Smittys. God Bless your company and keep up the great work!

I bought a home, got a call about a free AC inspection, the guy told me that I needed a new AC system, I called Smittys, their tech.
